Tiverton Cadets

The Army Cadet Force (ACF) is huge with more than 44,000 members in the UK. There are over 1700 centres spread across the country, each with about 25 cadets. When it comes to sport, adventure and action it's hard to find anything that beats the ACF.

Become an Army Cadet

Army cadets experience action and adventure by the bucket-load and get to try things that other teenagers can only dream of. Walking through the door of Tiverton's Army Cadet Force detachment is like walking into a different world filled with opportunities. Fancy learning how to find your way around a weapon? Not a problem. How about camping out and living on rations like real soldiers? There's plenty of that too. You can also learn first aid skills, take part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and even gain some qualifications. But the best part about life as a cadet is the action. From abseiling to archery, it's all part of life in the ACF. We hope to see you at Tiverton Detachment on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7.00pm to 9.15pm.
